Today, is the day of remembrance filled with love. The sound of love from the hearts of the children in all four directions has reached BapDada. This love is filled with happiness. As well as calling this the day of remembrance, BapDada also calls it the day of power because Brahma Baba, in his corporeal form, surrendered his powers to the children, for them to carry out all tasks in the corporeal form.

The 18th January is the day of remembrance when Brahma Baba became completely free from all attachment. The essence of he 18th chapter of the Gita is that God made Arjuna the conqueror of attachment and the embodiment of remembrance. So, 18 is the memorial of the fact that no matter how much love Brahma Baba had in his heart for the children, he didn’t have attachment. And, of course, the children have experienced how much Baba used to remember those who were instruments in service. Attachment is that in which one has selfish motives. Brahma Baba did not have any selfish motives for himself, but he did have extreme love or the children in the name of service – this is why remembrance of the children did not pull him. He was always loving yet detached. This is why it is said: “the conqueror of attachment, and the embodiment of remembrance”. Today is the day for learning the lesson of following the father in this.

On seeing Brahma Baba, most people thought he was your God – the God of the Brahma Kumaris. When he transformed his part from the corporeal form, they thought your God had gone away. But did he go away? And they even thought that, if not today, then tomorrow, the work if the Brahma Kumaris would end. However, you know that the supreme soul was working through Brahma. This is God’s task – not the work of any human being. They only recognised this after Brahma Baba changed his part from the corporeal form – they realised that some power was working for you. Even now the poor helpless people do not know God – they know that some power is working, but they are still thinking about who that power is. They are seeing it, and thinking about it – eventually they will understand it.

Those children who came after the part of sakar Baba wonder why he finished his sakar part so quickly – otherwise they could have met him. In the memorial of the previous kalpa, the mahavir instruments of the Kaurav army received benefit through the Shaktis. So, according to the drama, the part of the Shaktis has been fixed in the corporeal form. And everyone believes that it is impossible for there to be world benefit without the power of the mothers. If Brahma Baba had not adopted his angelic form, all of you souls would not have reached here today. Being avyakt enables Brahma Baba to open the fortune of the maximum number of children – you can now see the fast speed of service through the angelic form. Otherwise you would all still be fast asleep.

: Today there is zeal and enthusiasm to follow the father and become an embodiment of remembrance and a conqueror of attachment, the same as Baba. Maybe one or two of you have tears today, but did any of you feel any sorrow? Today is the day that Brahma Baba became the service companion of all of you.

Are you companions, or are you observers? You are companions in service and observers of Maya. You are now aware of the ordinary insignificant form of Maya, but when she comes to you in fearsome form, hit her very hard, just like in wrestling. Have you seen wrestling? Do you want to see it? Children demonstrate that here. So always think that you are having a wrestling match, and hit her very hard – don’t be afraid – it is just a sport – you enjoy it more when you play as a detached observer. Maya has no strength any more – externally she has the form of a lion, but in fact she is not even like a cat. In order to make you afraid, she adopts a huge form, and you think “what will happen now?”. Don’t ever say “what will happen now?”. Baba has taught you not to ask such questions. Whatever is happening is good, and whatever is to happen will be even better.

To become a Brahmin mans that everything is good. Maybe, sometimes, something that you never dreamt about happens, something that never happened before gyan – your business might not have fluctuated before, but this happens soon after you come into gyan, and you become afraid, thinking that you should leave knowledge now. Whatever situation comes, consider that to be your teacher for a short time. Situations teach you the power to tolerate – to conquer attachment and to be detached – and they also teach you the power to face. So you learn something for the future.

When you are afraid, Maya understands that you are afraid, and she hits you very hard. But don’t be afraid – you are already trustees, that is, you have renounced everything – you have handed everything over to the Father. Everything is good, and everything will work out well, and so you are carefree, an embodiment of power.

So this is not just a day to remember Baba and sing songs – it is a day to become powerful, to become a conqueror of attachment. Brahma Baba’s becoming an angel became a means to reveal the Godly task within the drama. Does Brahma Baba exist or not? You are not able to see him.

Look – all of you who came later are very lucky – you have come at a time when the facilities for service are readily available. Those who are celebrating their 60 years of service extracted the butter, and all of you came to eat it. If you had had to make that much effort, you would have run away. However, now, the field of service is prepared.

In the early days, people said you should not even look at the face of a Brahma Kumari – when you used to call on them, they would shut the door on you. Now, whether it is a President, a Prime Minister, or any leader, the majority believe that your work is very good. Whether they can do it themselves is a different issue – each one’s part is his own – but at least they say that it is a good task and that it should go a lot further.

When any great guru leaves, it causes problems. Are there any problems here? In fact there has been further expansion and growth – you have celebrated the silver jubilee, the golden jubilee, and now the diamond jubilee. This proves that it is God who is carrying out this task. The instrument medium is Brahma Baba. Even now, the medium is Brahma Baba. This part of Avyakt BapDada is something different, but within the drama, the medium was initially Brahma, and now it is Brahma in his angelic form. Brahma is called father. Brahma is the creator. This part is to give sustenance to the children every now and then. But Brahma is the creator, and he will have the part of the task of creation until the end.

What will you do now? Nowadays there are many situations in which people don’t understand you through words, but if whilst having good wishes you give pure vibrations, they change. In this Brahmin life you become free from everything. You have been told of nine things to become free from, and through removing these nine things you can become part of the nine jewels. If you become free from these nine things, you can become part of the nine jewels.

However, today, BapDada is reminding you of one thing: don’;t ever be disheartened whenever there is any physical illness, any storm of the mind, any physical upheaval in your body, any upheaval in nature, any fluctuation in service, or any type of upheaval at all. Become those who have a big heart, like Baba. The Father has a big heart, but the children become disheartened! If they become ill, they start crying out in pain. Is being disheartened medicine? Will the illness go away, or will it increase? When any karmic accounts come – when there is any pain, that is also a karmic account that has come – be courageous, and Baba will help you. Those who maintain courage receive help. First there has to be the child’s courage, and then the Father will help. You lose courage and think that Baba didn’t do anything to help at the moment of nee
d – but you have forgotten half of the sentence – you remember only the second half. You think that Baba only helps the maharathis, and that he doesn’t even see you. In fact it is you first, and the maharathis second. So don’t be disheartened.

There will be fluctuations in wealth – even millionaires experience fluctuation, and what are you compared to them? Of course this will happen. But all of you have firm faith that those who are Baba’s companions, if they are true and honest, then no matter what the circumstances are, BapDada will definitely feed them with dal and roti. Perhaps there won’t be two types of vegetables, but at least you will have dal and roti. However, it shouldn’t be that you return home from work tired, and sit down waiting for Baba to feed you dal and roti. Those who are lazy and careless in this way do not receive anything. But the Lord is pleased with an honest heart.

In a family there will be problems. Everything is now going to the extreme, and so of course there will be problems in the family. Be a trustee. Be a detached observer, take power from Baba, and find a solution. If you think as a householder, then there will be even more problems.

Become a completely detached trustee. Nothing is “mine”. When there is the consciousness of “mine”, the intellect turns around and you change. if the intellect ever gets turned in another direction, due to any confusion, then understand that there is still the consciousness of “mine”. Check this, for no matter how much you try to solve the problem, it becomes even more confusing.

You have made a firm promise that you are God’s children, and you have the faith that you are this. So, will you ever become disheartened? Don’t just say it, but do it. Become powerful so that “son shows Father”.

To all the powerful souls in all directions – to all souls who are conquerors of Maya and nature – to the children, the sons, who constantly reveal the Father – to the children who always remain happy in their heart – BapDada’s love, remembrance, and namaste.

Today, the one who makes the world sparkle like a real diamond – the one who makes his children like diamonds – the Father who establishes the new world together with the new age – is seeing his children who are about to become diamonds. So many diamonds are sparkling in front of BapDada, in the corporeal form, and in al directions. The soul, the diamond sparkling in the centre of each one’s forehead, appears to be so beautiful! It is such a lovely scene of souls, the diamonds sparkling in front of Baba, and the beautiful scene of all the diamonds in all directions
sparkling together! It is a gathering of diamonds – even though they are number-wise, they are still sparkling. Are you seeing the diamonds, or are you seeing the bodies? For 63 births you have been seeing the bodies, but can you now see the sparkling diamond that is hidden within?

This is the Diamond Jubilee, a diamond year for you to celebrate. May there be a gulub jamun in your mouth. To celebrate means to become – so will you become a diamond throughout the year, or will there sometimes be a little flaw in the diamond? Today it is a double celebration: the New Year and the Diamond Jubilee. Will you become diamonds for the whole year? Will you see others as diamonds? Even if a soul is black as coal, completely impure, will you see coal or will you see a diamond? As soon as your vision falls on that soul his darkness will reduce. So, have functions, give invitations, awaken others – you have to do all this anyway, and you are doing it – but every day’s function is to become a diamond, to see others as diamonds, and to make them into diamonds.

No matter what happens, do not allow any flaw in your diamond. If you are influenced by any obstacle, or by anyone’s nature, then there will be a flaw. Obstacles will come, and you will destroy them. How can you be victorious without an enemy? You are such powerful diamonds that flaws will not influence you. Is this possible? Some flaw will remain, will it not?

This year, BapDada wishes to se everyone as walking , moving angels. Many say that they try to look at the soul, but as the body is big while the soul is a tiny point, they can only see the body. Yes, the soul is a tiny point, and BapDada agrees that the point may slip away, but the angelic form is still in the shape of the physical form of the body – it is not in the form of a point. An angel means one with a body of light. SIxty years of establishment have now been completed, and all of you have a lot of love for Shiv Baba and Brahma Baba. The meaning of love is to become the same, and Brahma Baba has the form of an angel, so perform every action whilst being stable in the angelic form. It is possible to perform actions in the angelic form. You had love for the corporeal body for many births, so even though you wish to forget it, you are unable to do so. So Baba says – O.K., since you have the habit of seeing the body, it doesn’t matter – now simply look at the body of light. You remember a body easily, and an angel is also a bodily form.

Father Shiva is instrumental for the establishment, but Brahma Baba was THE instrument. You don’t call yourselves Shiv Kumars or Shiv Kumaris do you? You are Brahma Kumars and Brahma Kumaris. So you are celebrating the jubilee of the task of establishment by Brahma Baba. Will you bring gifts? Will you bring a rose, and say that this is sufficient? Someone may bring an elephant, someone may bring a horse, but these gifts are just for entertainment. This entertainment is good – everyone is happy to see them – here, a horse is dancing, there a doll is dancing – everyone is happy to see the toys. You may bring them, but what gift would father Brahma love? That you become like angels. The gift that the father would like is the walking, moving, angelic form. In your angelic form, no type of obstacle should influence you. Your thoughts, attitude, and vision, should all become double light So, are you ready to give this gift? Just be careful, because all this is being recorded. In order to bring about the golden world, you will become angels. Just a diamonds sparkle, in the same way your angelic form will sparkle. Continue to practice this well.

What awareness should you have as soon as you wake up at amrit vela? “I am an angel – I wish to become this”. If you pass fully, Brahma Baba will merge you in his arms, every day at amrit vela. You will feel that you are swinging in super-sensuous happiness in Brahma Baba’s arms. You will receive a big hug from him. Just as they show a picture of Krishna, where a storm came, and the flood water overflowed, then a snake became a canopy of protection

Those who are celebrating their Diamond Jubilee, raise their hands! You did yoga an tapasya for 14 years, and how many obstacles came in the way? Did anything happen to you? So, BapDada became your canopy of protection. So many big things came your way – the whole world, the leaders, the rulers, the gurus, all became anti, and you Brahma Kumaris remained so firm. You even experienced the “beggary” life. At the time of tapasya, you also witnessed different obstacles – there were guns as well as swords – all sort of things came in front of you – but there was always the canopy of protection. Was any damage done? The people of the world left everything behind, and ran away during the upheaval. What happened at the time of the partition of Bharat? Everyone ran away, and your tennis court was filled with so many things that it became full. They had to leave the things they loved, because of fear. At that time, the Sindhi community was against you – they insulted you, but they also gave you their belongings and begged you to use whatever beautiful things they had. For the people of the world it was upheaval, whereas the Brahma Kumaris used to get a whole bullock-cart of vegetables for five rupees. All those vegetables for just five rupees! You used to eat those vegetables with so much pleasure. So the people of the world were afraid, and you were dancing.

You saw practically how both Bap and Dada carried out the task of establishment as your canopy of protection with such safety. Now you can experience this also – you first! Whatever you want, to whatever extent you want, you can have the practical experience of Brahma Baba’s love, and the canopy of protection in this year of the diamond jubilee. This year has this blessing and easy attainment. You will not have to make a lot of effort – you get tired of making effort. You will become an angel. To move and walk in the angelic form is to become a diamond, a flawless and invaluable diamond, one which sparkles brightly in the light, and emanates rays of many colours. When you become real diamonds, when you become angels, the eight powers will be visible from your angelic form. As you walk and move, others will experience these rays of power. Some will feel the power of tolerance form you, others will fell the power of decision making – some will have one feeling, others will have another feeling. The more you practice this, the more others will get the feeling. Will all of you give this gift?

So today, Brahma Baba especially gave a lot of love and congratulations to all the children. No matter how many of you there are, whether you are 400,000 or 1.4 million, Brahma Baba’s arms are so big that all of you can merge in his arms at the same time. This is why, on the path of bhakti, they show the huge-form image of God in which everyone is merged. So, all of you are merged in Brahma Baba’s arms no matter what happens. Just as a little child goes and hides in his mother’s or father’s arms, so you should do the same. You are still children are you not? Or have you grown up? In front of the Father, someone who is a hundred years old is still a little child. So, no matter what happens to you, just go and merge in Brahma Baba’s arms – that is all. This is easy, isn’t it?

You are sitting here in the old year, but are celebrating the new year. How will you bid farewell to the old year? Will you
just sing songs, dance, and have fun? The year is finishing – it is taking its leave from you – it will come back after 5000 years, and not before that. Generally you give a farewell gift to whoever takes leave from you, so what will you give? Your old things – your weaknesses? BapDada has seen that you give your weaknesses, but you then take them back. Look – the year doesn’t return – it is very wise – it doesn’t come back for 5000 years. So why do you take back the old things? You say “we let go of them but they don’t let go of us”. If a thorn came at you, flying through the air, would you keep it or would you throw it away? Would you keep it as a decoration in the cupboard? No – you would throw it away and would not want to see it again. So why do you take this back? Does BapDada tell you to take it back – do you have this shrimat? Bid farewell. If you let go, you will become free.

Don’t allow your faith to fluctuate. You say “so what if it happened? It will happen, because the 2000 years have not yet ended. Everything will be all right by 2000”. This is carelessness in faith. BapDada has not given you the date 2000. So do not keep waiting for the year 2000 – let the new world be ready before that time.

Why do you forget you are a soul? You begin something with good thoughts, but whilst working, the thought of the soul merges. You mind and intellect become very busy in your task. Your hands have to function anyway, but you also engage your mind and intellect, and make them busy as well. If not body consciousness, this is action consciousness. If something happened at that time what would the result be? Being action conscious is not the same as being soul conscious. So revise your consciousness again and again, until you become naturally soul conscious. Check – “what have I accumulated?”. At least accumulate enough to go into the Golden Age. The sun dynasty souls will take the first period of happiness, and those of the moon dynasty will receive the left-overs later on.

BapDada checked everyone’s chart. Totally, 50% of the children have been seeing others, and have been careless. In some cases, even very good children become careless. BapDada is amused on seeing how if one person stumbles, the other also becomes careless and experiences the same thing. Is this being sensible? The repentance for being careless is very very severe. BapDada sees everything – how you follow others in going down. BapDada feels a lot of mercy – the moments of repentance will be so difficult. So, in this old year, bid farewell from your heart to the wave of carelessness, and the wave of looking at others.

It has been seen that the older ones have greater carelessness. The initial force and enthusiasm do not last long. There is carelessness in the study, also – you feel you have heard and understood everything. Just think about it – if you had understood everything, BapDada would have finished the education – you would have finished the study. Bid farewell to this carelessness for good. Do not look at others, but look at the Father. Look at father Brahma.

To all the real sparkling diamonds in all directions – to those who make themselves and others into real diamonds, with faith and determined thoughts – to the elevated souls who stabilise themselves in the double-light angelic form, the same as BapDada – to the conquerors of Maya, and so the conquerors of the fortune of the world, who remain busy in remembrance and service – to such confluence-aged diamonds, love, remembrance, and namaste from BapDada.

Double greetings and congratulations, for the New Year and for the Diamond Jubilee. Constantly have the aim for this year to remember both your forms – the double-light angel, and the real, flawless, invaluable, diamond. Become a diamond and make others into diamonds. Diamond good night and good morning.

Today, BapDada, the ocean of love, is seeing the souls who are the embodiment of love for him. Godly love is merged in each one’s heart. This Godly love is attained in just this one birth – you received love from deity souls and ordinary souls for 83 births. Just think about it and remember it. Go through the entire kalpa. You are the spinners of the discus of self realisation, are you not? So, did you go around the entire kalpa in one second? Did you? You didn’t. It is only in this birth at the Confluence Age that your receive Godly love. So you now know the difference between love from souls, and love from God – there is so much difference between the two. Where did love from ordinary souls take you? What did it make you attain? And where does God’s love take you? To you sweet home and your sweet kingdom. Through the love of human beings you lost the fortune of the kingdom, and through God’s love you receive the fortune of the kingdom in this birth.

You are moving along not on the basis of the future, but on direct Godly attainment at this time. Compared to the present, the future is nothing. You sing the song of what there will be and what there won’t be in heaven, but nothing is lacking in the treasure store of the Brahmins. When you have all the attainments, and they are all imperishable, not temporary, then you will be constantly content.

: Today, BapDada toured around many centres and sub-centres, not in the foreign lands, but in this land. He saw both the servers and the service places, and checked each server to see how content they are whilst serving. What did Baba see? Everyone’s body is old anyway, whether they are young or old. In fact, the younger ones are sometimes weaker than the old ones. Even if their illness is serious, the feeling of being ill, or the thought “I am weak, I am ill” increases the illness. You become doubly ill – both body and mind – and instead of being soul conscious you become illness conscious. The majority are settling their accounts – half are doubly ill and half are ill in a single way – the majority have a pain in their leg or a pain in their back. Then sometimes there isn’t any pain, but because of unhappiness they make excuses: “I have a back-ache”. How can you check this? The doctors cannot tell if you have a back-ache or not. Many servers like this were seen. This applies to householders too – all of you are servers.

Nowadays, do not think that it is a big thing to take medicine: at the present time the most powerful fruit of the iron age is medicine. Look, they are all so colourful. This is the last fruit of the iron age, and you should eat it with love. When you eat medicine with reluctance, out of compulsion, it will remind you of your illness. But if you eat it with the consciousness of it putting strength into your body, and bringing you happiness, then it will not remind you of your illness, and you will be all right in two or three days. Nowadays there are many new fashions – today there is this therapy, and tomorrow there will be that therapy – and so this is the most powerful fruit of the iron age. So don’t be afraid, and don’t be medicine-consious or illness-conscious when taking your medicine. Of course there will be illness of the body – that is nothing new – but don’t ever be afraid of any illness. When it comes, give it some fruit, and bid it farewell.

What did Baba see about the mind? The good news is that, though 25% may be moving along under compulsion, the majority of servers have a lot of love for Baba and a lot of enthusiasm for service. You pay a lot of attention to sitting in remembrance, to progressing, and doing service. But though you desire to remain set on the seat of remembrance very well, you only remain set for a short time, and then you start fidgeting. Just like little children start to fidget of you make them sit on a seat for a long time, so do you, if your mind is not under control and in order. You progress and do service, but sometimes you are set, and sometimes you become upset. This is because you lack the power of stability and the power of determination. Your intentions are good, and you make very good plans, but whilst performing actions, or even whilst just sitting still, your power of determination reduces, and your mind and intellect become engaged in other things around you. Sometimes, because you are not busy in any work, waste thoughts become the greatest work, and that attracts you towards itself. Because the power of determination is scattered, the mind and intellect fluctuate.

Baba saw to what extent yo carried out the work that he gave to all of you. If you definitely become free from all these things by the Diamond Jubilee, you will then be liberated in life. Each of you has shown very good courage and enthusiasm, whether you are foreigners or Bharatwasis. Very few have written that they need more time. Baba saw that everyone has enthusiasm to do something in the Diamond Jubilee. To the extent that you have the zeal and enthusiasm to make yourself into a diamond, to that extent you also make very fast plans for service in the Diamond Jubilee. BapDada is happy that you have made fast plans. But do not then say that the burden of service was too much and so there was some fluctuation. BapDada does not want this. Service that disturbs you or others is not service – it is selfishness. Fluctuation happens because of one or another selfish motive – when either your own selfishness, or that of others, is not fulfilled, you become upset. All of you should become detached and loving: detached from selfishness, and loving in your relationships with everyone. Until you have this aim, your thought of becoming a diamond and celebrating the Diamond Jubilee will not be fulfilled. Do not just remember half of it – you have to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee having become a diamond. Become a diamond, and then celebrate – this is the double aim – both should be together.

Baba has spoken half of what he saw on his tour – he will relate the other half at some other time. Many centres were very beautifully decorated – some were very simple, some were very royal, some were moderate. Many feel that everything should be very royal, so that if any VIP comes, he should feel that the centre is very good. However, Brahmin discipline from the beginning is that everything should be moderate – neither too simple nor too royal. You saw how father Brahma lived in a very simple way. However, you have facilities. Even then, when you carry out a task, let it be moderate – no one should say “what have you put up as decoration?”, and no one should say “you already have your kingdom now”.

Achcha, many double foreigners have come. Raise your hands, double foreigners. Many have come.The double foreigners are the double beauty of the task of establishment. BapDada knows that you have come here with so much effort and so much accuracy – if you didn’t have so much love, it would difficult to reach here. BapDada hears that the value of money has gone down, and yet every year he sees that many more foreigners have come – so this is courage. A group from Russia has also come – those from Russia raise your hands! How could you afford the ticket? Their stories are very good and worth hearing – stories of how they accumulate their ticket money. All of this will happen – it is only paper – it is just paper – whether you call it a dollar or a pound, it is still just paper. So how long will the paper last? Gold has value, diamonds have value, but what about paper? The value of money has to go down.

In the beginning you had it printed in the papers that Om Mandli was the richest in the world. You didn’t have any means of earning. One or two had surrendered themselves with father Brahma, and it was printed in the papers that you were the richest in the world. And so now, when there is physical upheaval in all directions, you will not have to print it in the papers, but the journalists will come to you and write it by themselves. They will show on TV that the Brahma Kumaris are t
he richest in the world, because, no matter what happens, your faces will be sparkling. You may not have any chapatis to eat during the day, but yet your faces will be sparkling. There will be sorrow in all directions, and you will be dancing in happiness. This is known as “death to the prey, and happiness for the hunter”.

This is why BapDada said today: the speciality of true Brahmins, those with an elevated aim, is contentment. Even if someone is insulting you, your face should not have any waves of sorrow, you should just remain content. Those who are insulting you will then become tired. If you speak or think or show discontentment for even one second, you have failed. “I tolerated so much, I tolerated it for one hour, and then the gas was released from the balloon” – so do not become gas balloons. What else do you need? You found the Father and you found everything – this is the song that you sing, isn’t it? It should not be that you start laughing in front of the person, so that he becomes even more angry. Contentment means a spiritual smile – not an external smile, but a spiritual smile. So be constantly content. Do you understand? Achcha.

To all the souls in all directions who are the embodiment of love for BapDada – to those who free themselves from discontentment, and who are intense effort-makers – to the fortunate souls who, with the balance of remembrance and service, constantly attain success in service – to all those who stay in the enthusiasm of revealing the Father – to those who write their good news to the Father, and who maintain enthusiasm for their own service – to such loving souls who are close to the Father, BapDada’s love, remembrance, and namaste.
