Avyakt BapDada 21st November 1998
Today, BapDada is happy to see his children everywhere, because BapDada knows that each one is the most fortunate in the world. Knowing and recognising Baba, the bestower of fortune, you have become the direct children of the Bestower of Fortune. Throughout the whole cycle no others have this fortune. No others are as prosperous or wealthy as you – you receive multi millions at every step. You are the most fortunate and the richest of all.
Physical wealth is not a big thing, but you children are overflowing with the treasures of knowledge, powers, virtues, happiness, and the blessings you receive from showing the path of peace and happiness to everyone. BapDada has spiritual pride in the children who are masters of such treasures. Do you have this intoxication in yourself? All of you have this intoxication and will also have it in the future. This is guaranteed.
These are delicate times – whilst the situations and problems and atmospheres are doubly troublesome, you have to remain free from the influence of all of these, free from all these bonds – there should not be a single subtle bond. Have you become liberated in life to this extent? Baba has to make you this – he may use any method but he has to make you free from bondage and liberated in life.
The gathering in this hall is very good – from here it looks like a rosary. BapDada sees three types of stages amongst the children: one group are effort makers, and some are intense effort makers – the second are experiencing jeevanmukti (liberation in life) as a result of their effort – but the last and perfect stage is to experience mukti (the bodiless stage) even whilst being in the body.
Many are making effort – jeevanmukti is the reward for this effort. There shouldn’t be any bondage. Ordinary agyani (unknowledgeable) souls are tied up in many chains of iron – they are huge bonds. For gyani (knowledgeable) children, there are subtle and very attractive threads. You no longer have visible chains of iron, but you have very subtle and royal bonds. When you look at your own personality, these threads are not visible – you feel your own goodness, but you don’t actually have that goodness – BapDada was seeing that the majority have these threads of bondage – very few are completely liberated in life.
You have to pay lots of attention to creating the final stage, of being bodiless. This needs a great deal of practice. Don’t think about the final moments – think about your final stage. This final stage is unskakeable and immovable. Even though all five elements of nature will do their best to shake you, all situations will pass by, and you will have passed with honour, like Father Brahma. Just as clouds come and go, those who are bodiless will remain unshakable and immovable and will continue to watch the games.
There should be a balance between service and your stage -you do service easily, whereas it takes a little effort to create your stage. You have become number one in creating the bodiless stage. Do you want to become this? When? In 1999? In the year 2000? Don’t say “when”, say “now”. You have to give this practical proof of the sustenance you have received from avyakt Baba. Brahma Baba became avyakt and karmateet through the stage of being bodiless – in the form of the balance between service and your stage.
To the most fortunate ones everywhere – to those who are the masters of the most elevated treasures – to the enlightened souls who constantly maintain a balance between service and their stage – to the souls who are complete with all the powers – to the souls who are constantly free from bondage, and are liberated in life – BapDada’s love, remembrance, and namaste.

Today, Baba, the Master of the World, is seeing the children in all four directions who are also masters. You are a child as well as a master. You become masters of the world in future, but at this time you are masters of all Baba’s treasures. You will claim the right to the kingdom of the world in future, but you now have a right to self sovereignty. The majority of you have the intoxication of being a child – when you think or say Baba, you are a child. Throughout the day, check and see how many times you say “Baba” in service.
However there are two ways of saying “Baba” – some say it from the heart, and others say it on the basis of knowledge from the head. Those who say “Baba” from the heart attain visible happiness and power constantly and easily from Baba. Those who say “Baba” on the basis of knowledge – because they have a good head filled with knowledge – experience happiness when speaking, and those who listen also experience happiness at that moment. But the happiness and power do not remain in the heart for all time. Why? Because they didn’t say “Baba” from the heart.
BapDada saw that everyone has the faith of being a child, but sometimes there is intoxication and sometimes there isn’t. Baba is the bestower – Baba has given – but are you the master of the inheritance? To be a master means firstly to master self sovereignty, and secondly to make all of Baba’s treasures belong to you. Baba’s treasures are unlimited – the treasure store is open and full and the treasures are not going to reduce – so why should Baba give anyone less? Everyone receives the same amount. So, are you master of the inheritance, and are you master of self sovereignty?
You say that self sovereignty is your birthright. So all the sense organs of the self should be your workers and not your masters? Are they your workers? Are you the master? Or, is it that the workers are masters, and you become the worker?
BapDada saw that it is the mind which most of all makes the children forget the stage of being a master, and controls the king from time to time. This is why Baba has given the mantra ‘manmanabhav’: to focus the mind on God. Not tanmanabhav (focus the body on God), or dhanmanabhav (focus the wealth on God), or even buddhimanabhav (focus the intellect on God), but manmanabhav. The mind develops its own influence on you: see any wasteful scene or atmosphere and the influence is first felt on the mind. The intellect then co-operates with it, and if the mind and intellect move in that direction, it becomes a sanskar. Even now, check yourself: how was my wasteful sanskar created? Sanskars are created on the basis of the mind and intellect.
There are a variety of sanskars which are not Brahmin sanskars. BapDaadd believes that if any of you were asked, you would say you are a Brahma Kumar or Kumaris. The children of Brahma are Brahmins. But at the moment when you are influenced by a wasteful sanskar, are you a Brahmin or a warrior? When you battle with yourself, are you a Brahmin or a warrior? If your happiness disappears, are you a Brahmin or a warrior? Are you masters, or are you under an influence?
BapDad saw that, in particular, it is the mind which shakes the stage of the master. You are the ruler with the right of self-sovereignty, and the mind is your minister. Or, is the mind the master and you its minister? You are the king, are you not? It is your minister – it co-operates with you. Self sovereignty is being constantly master of the mind. Otherwise you are dependent sometimes. So, first control the mind – a kingdom cannot function without ruling power. Do you have ruling power? Check the percentage of this.
There are a variety of sanskars which you call “my sanskars”. For some it is ill feeling, for others it it is to step aside, for some it is to gossip again and again, for others it is to listen to gossip. But is “my” sanskar truly yours? It is Ravan’s. So, why do you call it “mine”? This word “my” creates slackness in effort. Why do you hide Ravan’s things within yourself? People burn Ravan – they kill him, and burn him, and immerse what remains in water. And you have kept it belonging to you! Raban’s things exist there – so how can pure sanskars stay together with that which is impure? Can they stay? Who will rule? That which is impure, not that which is pure. The kingdom is impure, and you have carefully kept impure things within yourself, just as you carefully keep gold or diamonds. Because there is a battle of the impure with the pure, you repeatedly become a warrior instead of a Brahmin. What are “my” sanskars? Baba’s sanksars – in particular that of world benefactor, the one with good wishes and pure feelings for all. These are “my” sanskars – the rest are not “mine”. When you say this word “my”, remember what is “my” nature.
The people of the world call the mind a horse, and say that it runs a great deal, and it runs very fast. But, should yours be running? You have the strong reins of shrimat. If the reins are accurate, there can be no upheaval. But what happens? BapDada sees and laughs at how, when you are riding the horse, the reins are in your hands, but as you move along, you are distracted by side-scenes and the reins become slack. When the reins are slack, then the mind plays mischief. So constantly keep the reins of shrimat in your awareness. In any situation where the mind plays mischief, tighten the reins of shrimat. Then nothing will happen, and you will reach the destination.
Shrimat applies at each step, not just for brahmacharya (celibacy). Shrimat has been given for every action: to move, to eat, to drink, to listen. to speak, Shrimat applies to everything. For example, if you were gossiping, is that shrimat? If shrimat slackens, the mind has a chance to play mischief, and it then develops the habit. So be ruler of the mind, and check whether the minister is establishing its own incognito kingdom inside. The mind claims power and even tries to usurp the intellect, the lips and the ears – to make them belong to itself. So, everyday, ask your mind for news of whether it created any deception – don’t allow it to make you become the slave instead of the ruler. The mind is very mischievous, and very fast – within a second it can take you on a journey through all the foreign lands.
So don’t just be happy that you have become a child, and have received the inheritance. Become a master also. For if you don’t become the master of the inheritance, then what is the purpose of being a child? The significance of the child is to be also the master. Also, be the master of self sovereignty. The eye are just tiny points, but even they deceive you. You are not the master – this is why you are deceived. BapDada wishes to see all of the children as rulers, with the right of self sovereignty, and never dependent. Understand?
(kumars)
BapDada is telling you openly why Kumars cannot stay at a centre. The reason is that the Dadis are afraid. And sometimes there is damage in a practical form. It isn’t just that there is fear, but it also happens. If kumars become firm yogis. if there is no attention to anything even slightly other than the soul, kumars could receive many service centres. However, there is the fear of damage, because Ravan’s things are still inside. Kumaris have done service for many years, but kumars will do fast service – you will get a very good chance. But prepare yourself beforehand. First let the Dadis become carefree. Where kumars and kumaris stay together, there is fear. The situation abroad is different. There, a female is like a male, and a male is also a male. The situation abroad is different. However, in Bharat, if there are two or three brothers running a centre, then, at first, people wouldn’t do anything except simply debate. And if they get angry, they would even take a stick to you. If kumars become firm yogis and make good effort, then they can bring time close. Time will come close and your service will become vast
(double foreigners)
Foreign la
nds have to be merged within the land of Bharat. In satyug, America and London will not exist – they will be merged in Bharat. The world will have become one. Double foreign lands and Bharat won’t be separate. East and West will come together and become one world. So, this will happen later anyway, and you are coming here and claiming your right now. The people of Bharat are happy, and you people are also happy – both are happy.
To all the elevated souls in all four directions – to the children who become master and claim a double right – to the fortunate souls who claim the right of constant self sovereignty, and the right to run their own kingdom – to those who move forward in service by making Baba’s sanskars their own sanskars – to such elevated server souls who constantly move forward – BapDada’s love, remembrance, and namaste.
(Dadis)
The more responsibilities increase, the more you receive extra blessings, and the more Baba’s love increases. Baba’s arms are your helpers. You are double light, and because you are double light, you don’t feel the responsibilities. On the physical level you have the responsibility of both the mother and father, of Jagadamba and Brahma Baba. On the subtle level they are with you, but externally you are the instrument. This is why everyone has the most pure love for you. The Dadis have it, and the world has it also. All of you have a great deal of love, do you not? Achcha.
Avyakt BapDada 22nd March 1996
Today, BapDada, the bestower of all attainments, is seeing all his children who are the embodiments of complete attainment. You have many attainments from BapDada, and if you were to make a list of them, it would be a very long list. So, instead of speaking about this long list, you say “nothing is lacking in the Brahmin life”. The sign of having all attainments is contentment, constantly visible on your faces and in your activity – an attractive personality of satisfaction.
There are two types of children. There are those who are the embodiment of questions, who ask “why?”, “what?”, “how?”, “when?”, as soon as a situation arises. And the other type are totally satisfied, the embodiment of attainment – they never have any any questions in any aspect – they are complete with all attainment. The questions of “why? what?” cause fluctuation, whereas those who are complete never have any fluctuation . Something empty can have fluctuation.
A lack of attainment means there is one or another desire remaining. The foundation of desire is jealousy and lack of attainment. It has been seen that gross desires are now finished, but royal desires still remain, in a subtle form. So check these.
BapDada now wishes to make all the children complete and perfect, the same as the Father. All of you have a lot of love for BapDada, and it is not a big thing to become the same as the one you have love for. So have you had complete renunciation? Have you done what Baba asks you to do, and what he desires? All the time? If you wish to claim the fortune of the kingdom for all time, you must be satisfied all the time.
It is not that you are satisfied one day on the basis of praise, and have a different mood another day. If your satisfaction is based on praise, it is like constructing the foundations of a building with more sand than cement in the mixture. Then, if there is the slightest storm, or any adverse situation, or any type of fluctuation, it finishes your satisfaction.
The royal form of desire is for name, regard and honour. Those who do service chasing after a name may be very serviceable and attract others very well, but their name is glorified only for a temporary period, while their name goes to the bottom of the list of those who are to claim a high status. This is because they eat the fruit unripe, so there is no ripe fruit. There is no strength in unripe fruit. Where there is arrogance there can be no permanent satisfaction.
The mood of Brahmin life is to be constantly cheerful and careful – your mood should not change. However, in royal word you say: “today I want solitude”. Why do you need this? You desire to step away from doing service or being with the family, and instead you say you want peace or solitude. So, do not change your mood. You are contractors – you have contracted to change the elements – so can you not change your mood?
You say you would like to go and sit beside the ocean – not the ocean of knowledge, but he physical ocean. Or you say you feel very lonely today. So where did the combined form of the Father go? Did you separate him from yourself? From being combined, you become separated. Is this called love? Being in an off mood is something very serious, and even to keep changing your mood is not good. Those who have an off mood show a variety of games to their seniors, and even to their companions. Is this a response of love? Baba has a lot of love for the children and for everyone. He wants to make everyone like himself.
You are now celebrating the Diamond Jubilee. After 60 years you generally start the age of retirement. You are no longer small children, but are in the stage of retirement. That is – you are experienced souls, knowledge-full, powerful, and successful. Those who are successful never have any questions. Success is the birthright of you all – you say this – but do you believe it? So why do you not experience success? The majority of you allow weak thoughts to emerge, and they make you an embodiment of questions. These thoughts become a wall, and your success gets hidden behind this wall.
Maya spreads a web of your own weak thoughts, and you become trapped in your own web. Finish this web of weak thoughts with the awareness “I am victorious”. Do not finish it gradually, but do it instantly. Do not allow this web to grow. Once you are trapped in this web, it is very difficult to come out of it. Victory is your birthright. Success is your birthright. This is a Godly birthright, which no one can snatch away from you. Those with faith do not need to work hard for this.
The second reason for lack of success is wasting your thoughts and your time. The foundation of success is to use everything in a worthwhile way. There are many treasures, and you know the list of all the treasures, do you not? So check which treasures you wasted. Use them in a worthwhile way and success will be automatic.
So, constantly maintain your personality of satisfaction. Those who are satisfied will have very good experiences. When someone is satisfied, they look beautiful, and it feels good to be in their company and to sit and talk with them. Whereas, someone who asks many questions will distress you. So don’t be one who asks many questions, but be one who is satisfied. To ask questions is to be distressed and to distress others. So, maintain the honour of your faith and your birthright, and you will not become distressed. Sacrifice your questions now. Finish all questions from today. Your time will be saved, as will the time of others.
To all the souls in all directions who transform themselves from being the embodiment of questions – to the elevated souls who constantly have the personality of being satisfied – to the special souls who embody awareness of victory, and of their birthright – to the close souls who use everything in a worthwhile way, and thereby attain success easily, BapDada’s love, remembrances, and namaste.
