Well, a girl who has been abused for long will fall in love with anyone who is finally nice to them, a simple thing as "you are special" can do the trick.
One of the rather sharp observations I picked up from the movie was the comment from the "9 year old" girl calling herself "one of the older girls".
It said quite a lot really ... and into that, one has to filter out what sort of memories the impressionable young girls who are/were now old senior Sisters. How much did they really understand what was going on etc. For example, how and why Lekhraj Kirpalani used Om Radhe as a front and wrote in her name and why he invested in the trust run by his wife and other relatives ... to protect himself and his wealth from being sued of course. If he lost, he would have to give it away.
The old senior Sisters do not tell the whole truth about the nature of all the psychic phenomena.

BK Charlie being as toothless and impotent as ever then?
Give the nature of the BK gossip grapevine, do they really think they can stop it getting out? No chance. So they are just trying to ensure the naive and obedient ones stay "pure" and do not have their minds challenged.
