I believe it was Palu that was married off to the member of the Mangharam family and then taken back by Lekhraj Kirpalani being the last straw to cause all the trouble.

Puttu (Navanidhi --second daugheter of DLJ) was married with Bhodaraj a school master before 1936. It was created a big issue in DLJ family because DLJ was a rich man and he given Puttu (Navanidhi) to a ordinary school master.

Dadi Nirmala Shanta explained in her book that it was a simple marriage happened in a temple. ( For more details please refer the book "Three in One" by Nirmala Shanta Page#20).

Does anyone know with evidence when did the Om Mandali move to Karachi from Hyderabad,Sind ??

According to "Is This Justice" by Om Radhe they moved round about October 1938 (Om Mandali shifted to Karachi from Sind Hyderabad).

I was just looking at the list of Om Mandli Members again under the light of this discussion.

Was number two; "Palu Motiram Dhanrajmal", Palu, Lekhraj Kirpalani's daughter? Would that have been her married name?

I also noticed Om Radhe is down as being 22 in 1938 which contradicts the BKWSU claim she was a teenager when she joined ... unless she joined before the 1936 when they say it started.

"Is this Justice?" says Lekhraj Kirpalani retired and started satsangs in 1932 ... did she attend from the very beginning? What does any know about the earlier years, 1932 to 1936/7?

There were two Sevak Ram's in the beginning ... one is secretary of anti Om Mandali and another is partner of Dada Lekhraj.

DL's partner name was Shewakram K.D. ... will produce documents later ...

& Secretary of Anti Om Mandali was Shewakram Mirchandini (I will post full name later) ...

What a fascinating twist to the story ... I am glad someone is doing some real research into this and look forward to reading the report. What does Sevak mean? (Ram we know).

P. 125 of Is This Justice? has a letter signed by Narain Shewakram, Secretary Om Mandli Bhaibund Committee.

P. 33 "The first man selected for this purpose at first was Bhai Shewkram a sleeping partner of Dada Lekhraj ... but this Bhai Shewakram still owes a substantial amount to Dada Lekhraj as per release deed"

P. 16 and 18 "Mr (U.M.) Mirchandani who was present throughout as a partisan of the Anti Om Mandli Committee gave some draft in writing .."

His full name was Naraindas Bhagawandas Mirchandini (his grandfather's name was Shewakram therefore in short they written as Narain Shewakram.) ... he was young at that time when he was part of anti-Om Mandali. He was BA graduate ... soon I will produce his photo in the forum.

Bhai Shewakram was partner of DL and he was not so rich ... Now I cant reveal his full name when times comes will produce full name and photo of Shewakram ... I can say his Father name starts with "K" and his surname starts with "D" ... Shewakram K.D.

All good stuff. I look forward to hearing the story of how all this came out.

You will have read elsewhere that the BKWSU has admitted that Adi Dev is not true. The usual story the BKs put out is that Lekhraj Kirpalani just walked away from the business leaving it to his partner to sort out and accept whatever settlement he calculated, but here we see there was a substantial amount left owing and a legal document drawn up to handle it.

Quite a different story. That BK Jagdish Chander was such a fantasist.
