That would be for the UK ... in India, I guess it would be Ramesh Shah (who set up the original trust on 16 January 1969, a couple of days before Lekhraj Kripalani died). Apparently he only saw or heard about the trust in the last day of his life. Some say it brought on his death because he original thought all the money in the BKWSU ought go to the Indian government if Destruction did not happen in 1976.
