To link to a file already stored on a publicly accessible web server, e.g. http://www.example.com/my-picture.jpg, use the BBCode [img] tag with the button about the editing box.

To upload and link to a file, see below the editing box for "attachment" options;

upload attachment > choose file > add comment > add the file > place inline.

Please make sure that images are low resolution, e.g. 72 dpi and relatively small in size. 650 dpi wide is a good target.
