Is the world ending ..??

Post17 Jun 2012

Is the world really coming to an end ...??

Living in the constant preoccupation of imminent destruction of the world is worse than a nightmare!!

If believed and followed :

Why would a given person bother to plan his future life and career ..??

Why would a young man or woman consider having a family ..??

Why would a student study to fulfill a dream in going to college or university ..??

Why would a businessman or ordinary merchant expand his business ..??

Why would mothers conceive babies ..??

Why would developers lay a stone on a property ..??

The WHYs are endless and uncountable ... and if "end of the world" is ever taken seriously, life will be paralysed, come to a standstill, and end, even without the need to utilise nuclear bombs ..!!

All good points Dany, and probably precisely the reason the Brahma Kumaris and their god spirit uses the End of the World. Sister Jayanti spent 40 years in the West encouraging Western BKs to believe the world was all going to end in 2 to 3 years and to make life plans on that basis. From time to time they increased the influence by telling their adherents to buy 6 months worth of food and water storage devices, and make additional donations etc. Even to take money out of the banks.

Yes, I agree, sub-consciously at least it paralyses all those normal and sensible activities.

But then there is another strange thing going on ... whilst individuals definitely did stop doing all those things, and handed over money and property, the Brahma Kumaris kept on buying and investing in freehold properties!!! Is that not strange?

Therefore, what you have going on, in my opinion, is more than a paralysis but a schizophrenia as well. The mind is split and one part and natural instincts paralyzed and but another part carries right on. It seems to me to be a state of "believe but don't believe" and a case of "do what we say but don't do what we do".

Keeping adherents confused by an ever shifting and unwritten code that only the chosen few command is a great way to control them.

Now the BK liars insult our intelligence and destroy what little integrity them have by saying, "It's not Destruction, it's Transformation" to outsiders.
