Dear Brother,

For thousands of years the human spirit has demonstrated its unlimited capacity to heal itself and the nature.

Dr. Rene Dubois, of Rockefeller University once elaborated on the unlimited capacity of living organisms to adapt and adjust.

If the lowest life forms are capable of unlimited capacities to adapt and adjust, what about some of the most evolved beings on this Earth stage, i.e. xBKS? Cool Smile

A GREAT WELCOME!

Warm welcomes, Mr Green !!

What sort of stuff has been inplanted in you? Laughing

You come here and like to talk about it.
Check out the site and all the posts. There might be some recognition. Mind you that some XBK posts are very anti-BK, some XBK's are hurt, some XBK's are angry, some XBK still in love with the BK but had trouble keeping up with the mariyada's.
You might be shocked by some of the stuff on this site, but remember to keep your cool, be happy and have fun.

Frank

just the hideous guilt and confusion in my mind from the years of pounding by murli and seniors, having lost all my friends, money and family(having been 'surrendered') I have endured daily anguish and confusion over who I am and still wonder sometimes if I am the fool for leaving Rolling Eyes

I think many here can relate to that feeling, Mr Green Smile

It takes a while to come blinking into the outside world again sometimes Mr. Green

I found empathy here when I could take no more judgements and constant rankings and pre-occupations with future stages etc Wink

NOW is the time which should have our attention.

Hi Mr Green!

Many of the XBK's have been going through something simillar!

As for myself I can tell you that you're not a fool. But there is a transittion period between BK and real life. When you are involved with gyan and yagia there is lots of control over your life and thoughts. You are told what to do, what to feel, what to eat, whom you should hang out with, etc, etc, etc... After leaving you have to learn to think for yourself again, start to see that the world around you and human beings around are actually wonderful instead of "impure". Realize that you are capable and beautiful just as you are, because of yourself instead of because "God has chosen you". Just think like that, the real challange has now come, but once you come over it, real life is about to start! Very Happy

I can tell you that for me this process took a couple of years, even longer... It was tough, filled with guilt, feelings of unworthineth, illness... But I found myself again, and once I realized that I just had have the strength to say to to a "brain wash process" I felt extremelly strong...

We all have heard and seen stories of people that go through brain wash in sekts, or women that are abused... And we wonder "Why don't they just leave?" The answr is because it's hard. It's hard to see the truth when you are in the middle of the sh**, it's hard to say no, and it takes lots and lots of courage to give the first step. But now you've done it and from now on it will just get better and better.

Just feel worthy, for the simple reason that you're alive!

Love and Light

And because the 'brainwashers' (or in this instance quoted above; the abuser of the women) have taught them to discount their own knowledge/ mind in favour of what they are instructed to believe....often against their innate better judgement.

Mr. Green,

Self-love and faith in the self can be great qualities for healing the wounded psyche.
Material items may come and go. However, you have obtained many invaluable treasures, wisdom of life and human relations at a profound level.
God does not hate those who leave gyan. Infact, He may love them more than those in gyan!
